Zumba is fun. But there is a purpose. It is an hour of cardio workout
that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. The moves will also
take inches off where you want them taken off. If you commit to the
workout that regular Zumba provides you will see and feel the
difference.
The stories I hear from the people who really get into Zumba are
amazing. They tell me about the pounds they have shed, the inches they
have lost, the blood pressure that has gone down, and how much better
they feel. One lady went to see her doctor and all her health signs had
improved. The doctor asked what she was doing and she replied Zumba! The
doctor said I have another patient that has lost 70 pounds doing Zumba,
what is this Zumba?
